2 Men, Woman Charged In Caught-On-Video Fight at Disneyland’s Toontown



Neighbors, remember that big ole’ brawl that went down at Disneyland’s Toontown on July 5. Well, three people are currently facing charges for their involvement.

The man, Avery Desmond-Edwinn Robinson, 35, who was seen on camera punching a woman, was the main aggressor. The woman he hit was his sister, Andrea Nicole Robinson, 40, and her husband Daman Petrie, 44.

Avery also put his hands on his own girlfriend and practically dragged her by her hair through the park.

Avery was hit with five felonies and nine misdemeanors, “for attacking his sister, brother-in-law and girlfriend, endangering his child and three other children who were at Disneyland with the family, and threatening to kill members of his family as he drove out of a Disneyland parking structure,” according to a press releasefrom the District Attorney’s office.

He has also been accused of assisting a Disneyland employee with his car while leaving the park.


“He has been charged with felony domestic battery with corporal injury and one felony count of assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury, assault with a deadly weapon and two felony counts of criminal threats. He also faces misdemeanor battery and child abuse and endangerment charges.”

He faces a maximum of seven years and four months in the slammer if convicted on all charges.

His sister Andrea was hit five misdemeanor charge— battery for attacking her brother, his girlfriend and a Disneyland employee; and one assault charge. She’s looking at up to two years and six months in jail.

Her husband could be looking at six months in jail if convicted of one misdemeanor battery charge.

What’s crazy about this is that the family denied this ever happened until the footage came out!
